 Lodging Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation notice must be received in our office to cancel a reservation (email, fax or letter). The reservation deposit (less 10% administrative fee) will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to arrival date, the total payment is non-refundable. (A 10% administrative fee for each night of a multiple night stay is non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.) We encourage you to purchase travel insurance as we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policies.
Reservations for Tours & Sightseeing
The Crow's Nest will be happy to make arrangements for any of the activities offered. Please send payment in full by check or money order made payable to the Crow's Nest or we can charge your credit card.
Activity Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation notice must be received in our office to cancel an activity reservation (email, fax or letter).
You must cancel 30 days in advance for each activity or you will be charged in full. There is a 10% cancellation fee regardless of cancellation date once your activity has been confirmed. For the Alaska Railroad, cancellations received at least 41 days prior to date of travel will receive a refund subject to a $50 administrative fee. Within 24 hours or travel date, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Location
Our log cabins are ideally removed from the noise of the interstate highway at Mile 238.5 Parks Highway on the Crows Nest Road, just one mile north of the Denali National Park entrance. We offer free shuttle service to the A.R.R. Station and the Park activities.
